NO REFUNDS:

We do not offer refunds of any kind

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Your appointments are very important to the Tease Salon team members.  Appointments are reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully REQUIRE MORE THEN 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes.  If you cancel or make changes to your appointment between 12-24 hours in advance you will be charged for 50% the cost of the service for which you were scheduled.  If you cancel or make changes to your appointment less then 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% the cost of the service scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Tease Salon. 

NO CALL/NO SHOWS:

If you do not contact us to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 50% the cost of the service originally scheduled.

TARDINESS:

If you are running late to your appointment, please call ahead to let us know.  If you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and a cancellation fee will apply. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future services at Tease Salon.

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED:

A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. We REQUIRE MORE THEN 24 hours notice to CANCEL OR MAKE ANY CHANGES to an appointment. In the case that MORE THEN 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation /rescheduling, Tease Salon reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file.

CONFIRMATION TEXT:

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text that you will need to reply "C" to. However, if you do not confirm your appointment will be cancelled and a fee will apply. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.

 

NO CHILDREN/ANIMALS:

 For the safety of your children and the relaxation of our guests, children and animals are not permitted in the salon.  In the event that you bring a child/animal to the appointment we will have to reschedule you for a different day and a cancellation fee may apply.

**IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. 

ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST OR TEASE SALON.

  • Inspiration photos

  • 1 year hair history of any chemical services
